1. Nature of the Service
York Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public-record indexes, official portals, and directory collections for York, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or any result reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale
- Disrupt the service, its security, or its availability
3. No Consumer Reports
York Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the site nor a linked result is a consumer report, and neither may be used for an FCRA-covered eligibility determination.
4. Independent Resources
Government portals, archives, and third-party services have their own terms, access rules, data practices, fees, and availability. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or results.
